As well as educating our Youth on mental health, our aim is to help break the stigma that surrounds it. For most people they either don’t know where to go for help or are too embarrassed to avail of the services as the unknown is more daunting that the actual issue itself.
This is where we come in, we are providing videos that will show you inside local charities/ services within the Mental Health sector. We will take you directly to them, and show you a demo of what it would be like when you enter through the front door. We will take you through the process first hand so you don’t need to fear the unknown.

Our social media platforms are an essential way for us to keep in touch with our followers and to highlight the work that we are doing. We recommend for you to follow our progress on these channels so you can stay up to date on all of our key information such as events, information, videos, support channels etc.
Youtube
There are a lot of incredible support groups out there that we can help reach wider audiences. We will be using our Youtube channel to promote these services through professional videos, interviews, event promotions and so on.
